Frequently asked questions
How do I sign up?
Enter your own email and a password, then the 6-digit code we send you. That email is only used to log in and recover your account.
Can I change my address?
No, but you can add alias addresses on the Account page; mail to an alias lands in the same inbox.
Is there plus addressing?
Yes. name+anything@domain is delivered to name@domain with no setup, handy for telling senders apart.
Can temporary addresses send mail?
No. They only receive, and are deleted together with their mail when they expire. Use "Save to mailbox" to keep a message.
How big can attachments be?
Up to 25MB per file.
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password" on the login page; the code goes to the email you registered with.
Changing my login email?
On the Account page, verify your current email first, then the new one.
Is there an advanced search syntax?
Yes. Combine from:, to:, subject:, has:attachment, is:unread, before:YYYY-MM-DD, after:, and in:sent (or inbox, drafts, trash, junk, all); any other words are full-text keywords.
